NewTimeSpace News: On 17 June 2026, SSY Group Limited (02005.HK) released a voluntary announcement. On the same date, funded by the Company’s internal resources, the trustee acquired an aggregate of 380,000 ordinary shares of the Company on the open market in accordance with the terms of the Restricted Share Award Scheme. The purchased shares account for approximately 0.013% of the total issued shares as at the date of announcement.
The average purchase price stood at HK$2.2124 per share, and the total consideration amounted to roughly HK$840,700, exclusive of all related transaction costs. Immediately after the share acquisition, the aggregate number of shares held by the trustee under the scheme totalled 7,680,000, equivalent to approximately 0.260% of the Company’s total issued share capital.
The Restricted Share Award Scheme was adopted by the Company on 27 December 2018. The Board of Directors will conduct periodic reviews and exercise absolute discretion to determine the number of shares to be granted to selected participants from time to time.
