DOWELL SERVICE(02352.HK): Luo Shaoying Steps Down as Co-CEO, Remains Chairman and Executive Director; Duan Zekun Appointed Co-CEO

NewTimeSpace News: On 17 June 2026, Dowell Service Group Co. Limited (02352.HK) issued an announcement stating that with effect from 17 June 2026, Ms. Luo Shaoying has resigned from the position of Co-Chief Executive Officer due to the Company’s strategic development and operational management demands, and will retain her roles as Chairman of the Board and Executive Director. Mr. Duan Zekun has been appointed Co-Chief Executive Officer, taking office on the same day.

Aged 40, Mr. Duan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Xiamen University and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Manchester. He previously worked as Senior Consultant and Director at Towers Watson (Shanghai). Starting from 2020, he held successive positions including Senior Director of Human Resources and General Manager of Human Resources Center at Chongqing Dima Industry Co., Ltd., the Company’s major shareholder. He has headed the Company’s Strategy and Human Resources Center since April 2024. Mr. Duan has entered into a three-year appointment letter with the Company, entitling him to an annual salary of RMB1,200,000.

Ms. Luo confirmed that there exists no disagreement with the Board of Directors.
