NewTimeSpace News: Ping An Healthcare And Technology Company Limited (01833.HK) announced that Ms. Zang Luoqi has resigned as Executive Director, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary to the Board and Company Secretary with effect from 16 June 2026 due to personal work arrangements. Ms. Xu Qin has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, Secretary to the Board and Authorised Representative, and will act as Joint Company Secretary alongside Mr. Chen Chengyuan.

She previously served as Managing Director and Global Partner at Boston Consulting Group and Senior Manager at Société Générale.
Mr. Chen Chengyuan, aged 60, is a solicitor admitted to the High Court of Hong Kong and the High Court of England and Wales, and Senior Partner at O’Melveny & Myers. He holds the professional qualifications required for a company secretary under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules.
As Ms. Xu does not yet possess the professional qualifications for a company secretary stipulated under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules, the Company has applied to and obtained a waiver from the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong for a period of three years, subject to the condition that Ms. Xu will be assisted by Mr. Chen in discharging her duties as Joint Company Secretary throughout the waiver period.
