International Business Settlement(00147.HK): Annual Consolidated Net Loss Expected at Approximately HK$350 Million

NewTimeSpace News: On June 15, 2026, International Business Settlement (00147.HK) released a profit warning. Based on a preliminary review of the unaudited consolidated management accounts, the Group expects to record a consolidated net loss of approximately HK$350 million for the current year, compared with HK$387 million in the previous year.

The loss is mainly attributable to share-based option expenses of around HK$136 million, an impairment loss of about HK$49 million recognized on Bitcoin holdings, and an impairment loss of roughly HK$22 million on Bitcoin mining machines.
