NewTimeSpace News: Shuangdeng Group announced on June 15 that He Rong, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, has stepped down from the positions of Company Secretary, Joint Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, while remaining as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer. Ma Yunpeng has been appointed as the new Company Secretary, Joint Company Secretary and Authorised Representative.

Due to internal work adjustment, He Rong, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, resigned as Company Secretary, Joint Company Secretary and Authorised Representative with effect from June 15, 2026, and will continue to serve as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer.

Ma Yunpeng has been appointed as Company Secretary, Joint Company Secretary and Authorised Representative. Tan Jialong remains as the other Joint Company Secretary.
