NewTimeSpace News: On June 15, 2026, Midea Group (00300.HK) issued an announcement stating that its subsidiary Annto Logistics filed an updated listing application with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong through joint sponsors on June 12, 2026, to apply for the listing and trading of its H-shares on the SEHK Main Board.

According to the announcement, upon completion of the spin-off listing, Annto Logistics will remain a subsidiary under the control of Midea Group.
