NewTimeSpace News: On June 15, 2026, China Galaxy Securities (06881.HK) announced the completion of the public offering of its 2026 First Tranche Short-term Corporate Bonds. The bonds have an issuance size of RMB 4 billion, a term of 191 days and a coupon rate of 1.49%. CSC Financial, the lead underwriter, subscribed for and was allocated RMB 100 million worth of the bonds.

As stated in the announcement, the proceeds from this bond issuance will be used to repay the company's interest-bearing liabilities.
