RENCO HOLDINGS(02323.HK): Executive Directors Xing Mengwei and Liu Chuan Resign; Company under Compulsory Winding-up

Both confirmed no disagreements with the Board. The company's shares have been suspended from trading since 20 January 2025 and will remain suspended.

It is stated in the announcement that Ms. Xing Mengwei and Mr. Liu Chuan have tendered their resignations as Executive Directors of the Company, effective 10 June 2026, in order to spend more time on other personal affairs. They confirmed that there are no disagreements with the Board of Directors, and there are no matters relating to their resignations that require the attention of shareholders or the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Trading in the Company's shares has been suspended on the Stock Exchange since 9:00 a.m. on 20 January 2025 and will remain suspended until further notice. Pursuant to the winding-up order granted by the High Court on 4 August 2025, all powers of the directors have ceased. The affairs of the Company are now managed by joint and several liquidators.
