NewTimeSpace News: Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Limited (01052.HK) announced that the 3rd tranche of medium-term notes of 2026 worth RMB 1.2 billion was issued on 11 June 2026, with a coupon rate of 1.76% and a tenor of 5 years. The Company has obtained an AAA credit rating from CCXI International Credit Rating Co., Ltd. The proceeds will be used to repay outstanding debt financing instruments and existing borrowings of its subsidiaries.

As stated in the announcement, the 3rd tranche of medium-term notes of 2026 with a principal amount of RMB 1.2 billion was issued on 11 June 2026, carrying a coupon rate of 1.76% and a maturity term of 5 years. The Company has been assigned an AAA credit rating by CCXI International Credit Rating Co., Ltd.
The Company stated that the issuance of the aforesaid medium-term notes is conducted in the ordinary course of business. The raised funds will be applied to repay the Company's outstanding debt financing instruments and the existing borrowings of its subsidiaries.
