NewTimeSpace News: IntelliMark AI International Limited (08041.HK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Hainan Jiuyu Wanhua Pictures Co., Ltd. The two parties will cooperate on live-action and AI-driven mini-drama projects with international potential in terms of project investment, content production, global distribution and compliance development.

According to information provided by the Hainan-based company, it is mainly engaged in the investment, production and global distribution of mini-dramas in mainland China. It also develops AI content and immersive technology scenarios, and boasts full-chain operation capabilities for mini-dramas as well as overseas resources. To the knowledge of the Directors, the Hainan-based company is an independent third party.

Pursuant to the memorandum of understanding, the Group and the Hainan-based company will carry out cooperation on live-action and AI-driven mini-drama projects with international potential, covering project investment, content production, global distribution and compliance development. Specific cooperation terms are subject to further negotiation and the signing of formal agreements. The memorandum of understanding does not impose legally binding obligations on the parties in respect of the proposed cooperation.
