ENVISION GREEN(01783.HK): Positive Profit Forecast, Expected to Turn Loss into Profit with Net Profit of HK$58 Million to HK$63 Million for the Year

NewTimeSpace News: Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited (01783.HK) released a positive profit forecast on 11 June 2026, disclosing the performance outlook for the year ended 31 March 2026.

Based on the preliminary review of the Group's latest unaudited consolidated management accounts, the Group is expected to achieve a turnaround from loss to profit for the aforesaid year, recording a net profit of approximately HK$58 million to HK$63 million. By contrast, the Group posted a net loss of around HK$15.7 million for the year ended 31 March 2025.

The Board believes the profit turnaround and net profit growth are attributable to the combined effects of the following factors: (i) total revenue rose by more than HK$1.5 billion in the reporting year, mainly driven by the robust growth of reverse supply chain management and environmental protection related services segments; (ii) selling and distribution expenses increased by over HK$26 million, in line with the expansion of business volume; and (iii) equity-settled share-based payment expenses decreased by more than HK$35 million compared with the same period of last year.
