BRETON (01333.HK): Controlling shareholder Chen Fangming has increased his H-share holdings by 227,000 shares, raising his cumulative stake to 30.62%.

NewTimeSpace News:BRETON (01333.HK) announced on June 11 that its controlling shareholder Chen Fangming had purchased an additional 227,000 H-shares (representing 0.06% of the total share capital), raising his cumulative stake to 30.62%. The group of acting-in-concert parties holds a combined 32.07% of the shares. Chen expressed strong confidence in the company's prospects and indicated he may pursue further share purchases.

NewTimeSpace News: On June 11,2026, Breton Technology Co., Ltd. (01333.HK) issued a voluntary announcement stating that Mr.Chen Fangming, the Company's Chairman, General Manager, Executive Director and controlling shareholder, purchased 227,000 H-shares of the Company using his personal funds during trading hours on the date of this announcement, representing approximately 0.06% of the total issued shares. Following this purchase, Mr.Chen holds a total of 119,306,590 shares in the Company (including 21,125,599 domestic shares and 98,180,991 H-shares), accounting for about 30.62% of the total issued shares.

According to the concerted action agreement disclosed on December 30,2025, Chen Fangming, Ms.Yang Hui, and Mr.Qiu Debo are acting in concert. Following the share purchases, these parties collectively hold 124,974,434 shares of the company, representing approximately 32.07% of its total share capital. Chen Fangming stated that since his initial purchase on December 2, 2025, he has acquired a total of 1,333,000 H-shares, expressing strong confidence in the company's future development prospects and indicating that further purchases may be considered.
