Mr.Lai confirmed there are no disagreements with the Board of Directors regarding his resignation.

Following Mr.Yu Lai's resignation, Mr.Ye Zhijie, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director, has been appointed Chairman of the Strategy Committee effective immediately.
