Rego Interactive (02422.HK) : Subsidiary Enters Sports IP Partnership to Deepen "Sports + AI" Digital Layout
Newtimespace (newtimespace.com) reports that Rego Interactive Co., Ltd. (2422.HK) announced its wholly-owned subsidiary Hainan Rego Network Technology Co., Ltd. has formally signed a sports IP co-development cooperation agreement with an independent third party to jointly advance the full-cycle incubation, content operation, and compliant commercialization of sports IP. The agreement has a term of one year.
Under the cooperation, Hainan Rego will lead the overall operation, content review, business decision-making, coordination management, and full-process compliance control of the sports IP project. The partner will provide full-process agency operation support through its mature new media operation system. The Group will leverage its accumulated expertise in AI technology, digital marketing, and related supporting services, combined with the partner's professional operational capabilities, to build an integrated operation system encompassing "AI event tools + sports content + new media operation + compliant commercialization."
Both parties will continuously optimize AI application capabilities, enrich the content matrix, expand communication reach, and advance commercialization in an orderly manner.
