Ltd., with the total consideration of SGD 750,000 paid in cash. The transaction was completed on the date of the announcement, and NYKPL has become its majority-owned subsidiary with a 51% holding.

Incorporated in Singapore on June 2, 2026, NYKPL has not launched its business yet and will mainly provide endoscopic surgery services.
