Liuliumei (06658.HK): Global Offering of 11,464,100 H Shares, Listing Expected on 15 June

NewTimeSpace News: Liuliumei unveiled its global offering details on 5 June, proposing to issue 11,464,100 H shares, comprising 1,146,500 shares for Hong Kong Public Offering and 10,317,600 shares for International Offering. The H shares are slated for main board listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 15 June 2026.

NewTimeSpace News: On 5 June 2026, Liuliumei (06658.HK) announced particulars of its global offering. The Group plans to issue 11,464,100 H shares, of which 1,146,500 shares (roughly 10%) are reserved for Hong Kong Public Offering and the remaining 10,317,600 shares (roughly 90%) for International Offering at an offer price of HK$43.58 per share, exclusive of a 1% brokerage commission and other related charges. The Hong Kong public subscription period runs from 9:00 a.m. on 5 June 2026 to 12:00 noon on 10 June 2026.

Liuliumei has submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the listing and trading approval of its H shares under stock code 6658, with each trading board lot consisting of 100 shares. Formal trading of the H shares on the HKEX Main Board is scheduled to commence at 9:00 a.m. on 15 June 2026.

CITIC Securities and Guoyuan International act as Joint Sponsors, Global Coordinators, Joint Global Coordinators, Joint Bookrunners and Joint Lead Managers for this global offering. Additional Joint Bookrunners and Joint Lead Managers include ZT International, Soochow Securities (Hong Kong), Everbright Bank International, Huafu International and Orient Securities International.
