ICTSI to Acquire 100% Stake in Brazil-Based Warehousing and Intermodal Logistics Firm CRAGEA via Wholly-Owned Subsidiary

NewTimeSpace News: On June 4, 2026, ICTSI announced the completion of its acquisition of a 100% equity interest in CRAGEA via its fully-owned subsidiary IRB Holding Ltda. Headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil, CRAGEA delivers general and bonded warehousing alongside integrated intermodal logistics solutions.

Per the corporate announcement, the transaction is settled entirely in cash. The purchase consideration accounts for less than 10% of ICTSI’s consolidated stockholders’equity as of December 31, 2025 and March 31, 2026, and is expected to exert no material adverse impact on the Group’s near-term financial performance.
