New Timespace News：Wai Chun Group Holdings Limited (01013.HK) announced that, with the consent of the plaintiff, the Company and the second defendant, the Hong Kong High Court issued an order on June 1, 2026, suspending all litigation proceedings except those necessary for enforcing this order; dismissing the appeal against the judgment and the summons to submit new evidence; and canceling the hearings originally scheduled for June 11 and August 5, 2026.

With the consent of the plaintiff, the Company, and the second defendant, the Hong Kong High Court issued an order on June 1, 2026 stating: (i) all litigation proceedings shall be suspended except for those necessary to enforce this order; (ii) appeals against the judgment and summonses seeking new evidence are hereby revoked; and (iii) the hearings regarding new evidence submissions scheduled for June 11,2026, and the hearing on appeal notifications scheduled for August 5, 2026, at the Hong Kong High Court are canceled.
