Transurban Queensland Successfully Issues AUD 720 Million Senior Secured Notes

NewTimeSpace News: On May 28, Transurban Queensland priced a total of AUD 720 million senior secured notes, comprising AUD 400 million notes with a 7.25-year tenor and AUD 320 million notes with a 10-year tenor.

NewTimeSpace News: On May 28, 2026, Transurban Queensland announced the successful pricing of AUD 720 million senior secured notes in the Australian Medium Term Note (AMTN) market.

Of the total issuance, AUD 400 million are 7.25-year notes maturing in September 2033, and AUD 320 million are 10-year notes maturing in June 2036. The notes were priced on May 28, 2026. Settlement is expected to take place on June 5, 2026, subject to customary settlement conditions.
