Envictus International Completes Acquisition of Factory and Warehouse in Selangor, Malaysia

NewTimeSpace News: Envictus International announced on May 21 that in accordance with the terms of the sale and purchase agreement, the company has fully settled the remaining 90% of the acquisition consideration to the seller, completing the takeover of the factory and warehouse located in Selangor, Malaysia.

NewTimeSpace News: On May 21, 2026, Envictus International announced that it has paid in full the remaining 90% acquisition consideration of 61.2 million Ringgit to the seller pursuant to the sale and purchase agreement, thus completing the acquisition of the factory and warehouse situated in Selangor, Malaysia.

Relevant announcements regarding this acquisition were previously released on January 19 and May 8, 2026 respectively.
