NIPPON LIFE INSURANCE Completes Takeover of Medical Data Vision to Make It Its Wholly-owned Subsidiary

NewTimeSpace News: On May 19, 2026, NIPPON LIFE INSURANCE announced that it has completed the acquisition of Medical Data Vision Co., Ltd. through formal procedures.

According to the announcement, established in 2003, Medical Data Vision is mainly engaged in the development and sales of integrated medical information systems, as well as analysis, research and consulting services for various medical data.

NIPPON LIFE INSURANCE stated that this acquisition aims to build medical data and data analysis capabilities into a new business foundation for the group. Meanwhile, by integrating AI and digital technologies, it will explore new customer value propositions covering preventive medicine and health support services.
