The company plans to issue about 96.59 million new shares at HK$0.80 per share, representing 10.97% of its existing share capital, raising net proceeds of approximately HK$77.27 million.

According to the announcement, around 50% of the net proceeds will be used for daily operational expenses, and the remaining 50% will be allocated to debt repayment.
