HBM HOLDINGS-B(02142.HK): Independent Non-executive Director Ye Xiaoping Under CSRC Case Investigation

Dr. Ye is suspected of information disclosure violations in connection with shareholding changes of Hangzhou Tigermed Consulting Co., Ltd. (300347.SZ / 03347.HK). In accordance with the Securities Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Administrative Penalty Law of the People’s Republic of China, the CSRC has decided to launch a case investigation into Dr. Ye. Dr. Ye will actively cooperate with the CSRC and fulfil information disclosure obligations in compliance with regulatory requirements.
As the Company’s Independent Non-executive Director, Dr. Ye does not participate in the Group’s daily management or operations. The Board believes the Group’s business operations remain normal, and the aforesaid investigation will not affect the Group’s normal operation.
