CHINAHEALTHWISE (00348.HK): Subsidiary Sells 3.35 Million Shares of Huanxi Media, Cashing Out Approximately HK$853,000

NewTimeSpace News: China Intelligent Health Holdings Limited (00348.HK) issued an announcement on May 12, 2026. Future Empire, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, disposed of 3,350,000 shares of Huanxi Media via a series of transactions on the HKEX on May 12, 2026. The total consideration excluding transaction costs was approximately HK$853,000, with an average disposal price of HK$0.255 per share. The carrying value of these shares as at 31 December 2025 was approximately HK$1,072,000, representing about 0.076% of the issued share capital of Huanxi Media.

In respect of previous disposals, between 28 May 2025 and 23 April 2026, Future Empire had disposed of a total of 10,180,000 Huanxi Media shares on HKEX at a consideration of approximately HK$3,193,000, representing around 0.232% of Huanxi Media’s issued share capital, with the proceeds applied to the Group’s general working capital.

As the current disposal is completed within the 12-month period reckoned from the date of the previous disposals, the transactions shall be aggregated pursuant to Listing Rule 14.22. The applicable percentage ratios after aggregation exceed 5% but are below 25%, thus constituting a discloseable transaction subject to announcement requirements.
