Ellipsiz: Receives Partial Payment of S$3 Million for Third Tranche Subscription Consideration

NewTimeSpace News: On May 11, 2026, Ellipsiz announced that it has received a partial payment of S$3 million from Unicore for the third tranche subscription consideration in relation to the subscription of shares in ISE Foods Holdings Pte. Ltd.

According to the announcement, the remaining consideration of approximately S$1.658 million shall be paid by Unicore on the earlier of June 30, 2026, or within five business days from a notice of payment issued by IFH (a subsidiary of the Company), together with interest at 2% per annum calculated from April 1, 2026 until the date of actual payment.
