OUE Limited: Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Proposes to Issue S$150 Million Green Notes with 3.25% Coupon
NewTimeSpace News: On May 11, 2026, OUE Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, OUE Treasury Pte. Ltd., proposes to issue S$150 million green notes with a fixed coupon rate of 3.25% per annum, maturing in 2033.
According to the announcement, the notes will be issued in registered form at an issue price of 100% of their principal amount, in denominations of S$250,000, and are expected to be issued on May 18, 2026. Interest will be payable semi-annually, with the first interest payment date falling on November 18, 2026. The net proceeds from the issuance will be applied exclusively to finance or re-finance eligible green projects that meet the criteria under the Company‘s Green Finance Framework.
