China International Holdings: Two Wholly-Owned Subsidiaries Involved in Lawsuit, Bank Accounts Frozen
NewTimeSpace News: On May 8, 2026, China International Holdings announced that its two wholly-owned subsidiaries, CIHL (Tianjin) and Zhongjia Xinye, received a notice from the Yiling District Court in Yichang on May 7, 2026, requiring them to appear as defendants in legal proceedings scheduled for May 18, 2026.
The announcement also disclosed that the Yiling District Court froze the bank accounts of CIHL (Tianjin) and Zhongjia Xinye on April 28, 2026, with frozen amounts of approximately RMB 2.9629 million and RMB 261,900 respectively. The freezing period is from April 28, 2026 to April 28, 2027.
