Straco Corporation: Grants 2.075 Million Share Options at Exercise Price of S$0.38 Per Option

NewTimeSpace News: On May 8, 2026, Straco Corporation Limited announced that it has granted a total of 2.075 million share options under the Company's 2024 Share Option Scheme, at an exercise price of S$0.38 per option.

According to the announcement, the closing price of the Company's shares on the date of grant was S$0.35 per share. Options granted to employees and executive directors are exercisable after the first anniversary of the date of grant up to the tenth anniversary of the date of grant. Options granted to non-executive directors, controlling shareholders and associates of controlling shareholders are exercisable after the first anniversary of the date of grant up to the fifth anniversary of the date of grant.
