Metro Holdings: Establishes Joint Venture Winturf to Develop Dunearn Road Residential Site in Singapore

NewTimeSpace News: On May 8, 2026, Metro Holdings Limited announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Metrobilt Construction Pte Ltd, together with Winrich Investment Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wing Tai Holdings Limited, have jointly established a joint venture company, Winturf Investment Pte Ltd.

According to the announcement, the joint venture company aims to develop the Dunearn Road land parcel into a residential project for sale.
