NewTimeSpace News, May 8，USP Group, which is currently under judicial management, disclosed in an announcement that it has filed an application with the High Court to extend the judicial management period, seeking to extend the judicial management and the appointment of the Judicial Managers until July 17, 2026, or the date of the final determination of OA 472, whichever is later.

NewTimeSpace News: On May 8, 2026, USP Group announced that it has filed an application with the High Court to extend the judicial management period. Pursuant to the application, USP is seeking to extend the judicial management and the appointment of the Judicial Managers until July 17, 2026 (i.e., a further 6 weeks from June 5, 2026), or the date of the final determination of OA 472, whichever is later.
