Autagco: Completes 2-for-1 Share Consolidation, Effective from May 8, 2026

NewTimeSpace News: On May 8, 2026, Autagco Ltd. announced that it has completed a share consolidation on the basis of every two existing ordinary shares consolidated into one share, effective from 9:00 a.m. on May 8, 2026. The share consolidation proposal was approved by shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on April 24, 2026.

According to the announcement, following the completion of the consolidation, the Company has an issued share capital of approximately S$73.575 million, comprising approximately 1.304 billion consolidated shares.
