SDAI Limited: Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Enters into Cooperation Agreement with LiveBeyond to Advance Longevity Product Commercialisation
NewTimeSpace News: On May 8, 2026, SDAI Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, SDAI Healthcare Pte. Ltd., entered into a cooperation agreement with LiveBeyond Pte. Ltd. LiveBeyond is a Singapore-incorporated company specialising in longevity research and medical solutions.
Pursuant to the agreement, LiveBeyond will provide services including technology and formula sourcing, scientific validation and advisory, strategic and market enablement, and support for future collaboration development with suppliers. It will also provide exclusive scientific credibility endorsement for longevity-related products sold by SDAI Healthcare in China, Singapore and other mutually agreed markets. SDAI Healthcare will pay an annual fee based on a percentage of net revenue, subject to a fixed minimum amount.
SDAI Limited stated that the agreement was entered into following shareholder approval for the diversification of the Group's core business into the biotechnology business at the extraordinary general meeting held on April 30, 2026, and forms part of the Group's strategy to support the commercialisation of longevity and anti-ageing products.
