GOLDSTREAM INV (01328.HK) Signs Strategic Cooperation MOU with Manycore Tech, Plans to Launch AI Venture Capital Fund

NewTimeSpace News: Goldstream Investment Limited (01328.HK) released a voluntary announcement on April 30, 2026, disclosing that it has signed a strategic cooperation MOU with Manycore Tech.

Pursuant to the strategic cooperation MOU, the two parties intend to explore cooperation in the following areas:

In terms of overseas market expansion and collaboration, leveraging the global ecosystem resources of Horizon Group in the furniture supply chain and consumer industry, the Company will assist Manycore Tech with industrial resource linkage, partner referral and localised support in target markets, jointly enhancing international competitiveness and overseas customer acquisition capabilities.

In respect of the spatial intelligence & full-scenario AI venture capital fund, both parties plan to explore setting up a joint venture venture capital fund focusing on spatial intelligence and full-scenario AI applications. The fund will target early-to-growth-stage tech projects with global growth potential, including embodied intelligence and robot simulation training, 3D content generation and AI vision applications, industrial digital twins, and spatial data infrastructure.

On capital market cooperation, the Company and/or its affiliates intend to provide Manycore Tech with business development and expansion consulting services, investment and financial advisory, cash management products and/or asset allocation services. Both sides will also regularly share industrial research and market insights in spatial intelligence and related technology sectors.
