Newspacetime News: China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Limited (03320.HK) announced that its non-wholly owned subsidiary, China Resources Pharmaceutical Commercial Group Co., Ltd., has completed the public issuance of the second tranche of 2026 corporate bonds in China. The bonds have a total issue size of RMB 1.4 billion, a tenor of three years, and a coupon rate of 1.65% per annum. The net proceeds from the offering will be used for production-related expenditures, including working capital replenishment, debt repayment, and project investments.

The net proceeds from the issuance will be used for production-related expenditures, including but not limited to replenishing working capital, repaying interest-bearing debts, investing in projects, and other purposes in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The company had previously disclosed details regarding the first tranche of 2026 corporate bonds on March 27, 2026. This bond issuance is a continuation of the company's financing plan.
