Keppel Infrastructure Trust Upsizes Multicurrency Debt Issuance Programme to S$3 Billion

NewTimeSpace News: On April 21, Keppel Infrastructure Trust, through its trustee-manager, announced the completion of an update to its multicurrency debt issuance programme, increasing the programme limit from S$2 billion to S$3 billion.

NewTimeSpace News: On April 21, 2026, Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Pte. Ltd., the trustee-manager of Keppel Infrastructure Trust, announced that it had completed an update to the multicurrency debt issuance programme on April 20. The programme was originally established on May 23, 2019, and previously updated on May 4, 2021. This update raises the programme limit from S$2 billion to S$3 billion.

Under the amended programme, the issuer may from time to time issue notes and perpetual securities denominated in Singapore dollars, US dollars, or such other currencies as agreed between the issuer and the relevant dealer(s) for each issue. The net proceeds from the issuance of securities will be used for: financing or refinancing the Group's acquisitions and/or investments and asset enhancement works; financing general working capital purposes and/or capital expenditure requirements of the Group; refinancing the Group's borrowings; or such other purposes as may be specified in the relevant pricing supplement.
