NutryFarm Subsidiary Secures S$640,000 Loan, Convertible into New Company Shares
NewTimeSpace News: April 19, 2026,NutryFarm International Limited announced that the Company and its subsidiary, Al Nova Pte. Ltd., entered into a loan agreement on March 20, 2026, with lender Inderbethal Singh Thakral, securing a loan of S$640,000 at an annual interest rate of 7% to meet the working capital requirements of the Group's data centre and computing equipment leasing business. The loan has a term of two years from the drawdown date.
Under the agreement, repayment can be made in either of two ways: (a) cash repayment on the repayment date; or (b) subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals, full repayment by issuing new shares of the Company to the lender at S$0.045 per share, with a maximum issuance of approximately 14,222,222 shares, representing approximately 9.4% of the enlarged share capital of the Company.
NutryFarm stated that the loan will help strengthen the Group's financial position and capital base to support working capital needs, while providing the flexibility to repay the loan via share conversion if cash repayment is not feasible.
