StarHub: Terminates Assignment of Rights in Joint Venture, Receives S$115 Million Consideration

NewTimeSpace News, Singapore's StarHub announced on April 15 that it has reached an agreement with Ensign Technologies to terminate the previously obtained assignment of rights representing approximately 16.81% equity interest in Ensign InfoSecurity, with a consideration of S$115 million.

NewTimeSpace News: On April 15, 2026, StarHub announced that it has reached an agreement with Ensign Technologies to terminate the assignment of rights related to an aggregate of 77,586,667 ordinary shares (representing 16.81%) in Ensign InfoSecurity held by StarHub, with a consideration of S$115.03 million to be paid in cash. Upon completion of the transaction, StarHub will continue to hold approximately 38.92% equity interest in Ensign InfoSecurity, which will become its associated company.
