NewTimeSpace News: April 13, 2026,Capital World Limited announced that Mustafa Centre, Singapore's iconic 24-hour retail destination, has commenced fit-out works at Capital City Mall, the retail component of its integrated mixed-use development Project Capital City located along Jalan Tampoi, Johor Bahru. The outlet is targeted to open before the first quarter of 2027.

According to the announcement, Mustafa Centre will first anchor approximately 240,000 square feet on the ground floor of Capital City Mall. Capital World stated that it is actively curating a diverse tenant mix spanning food and beverage, fashion, lifestyle, entertainment and essential services, and looks forward to announcing additional tenants in the coming months.
