CDL: Establishes S$2 Billion Multicurrency Perpetual Securities Issuance Programme

NewTimeSpace News: April 9, 2026,CDL announced that the company has established a S$2 billion multicurrency perpetual securities issuance programme. Under the programme, CDL may from time to time issue perpetual securities denominated in Singapore dollars or any other currency agreed upon, offered to institutional investors and accredited investors in Singapore.

CDL stated that the proceeds will be used to finance the general working capital requirements and corporate funding of the Group and/or to refinance the existing borrowings of the Group.
