CICT: Enters into Electric Vehicle Charging Station Service Agreement with SP Mobility
NewTimeSpace News: On April 8, 2026, CICT announced the novation of existing electric vehicle charging station service contracts for its properties from TotalEnergies Charging Services Singapore Pte. Ltd. to SP Mobility, with a contract value of approximately S$329186. The properties involved include Clarke Quay, Plaza Singapura, Raffles City Singapore, Funan and Westgate.
According to the announcement, as SP Mobility is a subsidiary of Temasek Holdings, and Temasek is deemed a controlling unitholder of CICT and a controlling shareholder of the manager, the appointment constitutes an interested person transaction.
