Consistent Record Completes Compulsory Acquisition of Low Keng Huat, Company to be Delisted on April 7
NewTimeSpace News: On April 6, 2026, UOB Kay Hian, on behalf of the Offeror Consistent Record, announced that the compulsory acquisition of Low Keng Huat had been completed under Section 215(1) of the Singapore Companies Act. The Shares of the Dissenting Shareholders have been transferred to the Offeror, and payment for such Shares has been despatched.
According to the announcement, Low Keng Huat is now held by the Offeror (and such persons as directed by the Offeror) and will be delisted from the Official List of the Singapore Exchange with effect from 9:00 a.m. on April 7, 2026.
