GRP Limited Receives Pre-CCC for Phase 1 of Perak Affordable Housing Project

NewTimeSpace News, according to a disclosure on April 6, 2026, by the Singapore Exchange, GRP Limited has obtained a Pre-Certificate of Completion and Compliance (Pre-CCC) for Phase 1 of its affordable housing project located in Seri Iskandar, Perak.

NewTimeSpace News: On April 6, 2026, GRP Limited announced that the Group has obtained a Pre-Certificate of Completion and Compliance (Pre-CCC) for Phase 1 of its affordable housing project located in Seri Iskandar, Perak. Receipt of the Pre-CCC is a necessary step towards obtaining the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) from the relevant authorities.

GRP Limited stated that it will commit its resources to fulfilling the conditions indicated in the Pre-CCC in order to expedite the issuance of the CCC.
