Wilton Resources Completes Further Disposal of PT WMI Shares,Achieves Fundraising Target

NewTimeSpace News,On April 2, Singapore-listed company Wilton Resources disclosed that through its wholly-owned subsidiary WRH, it had further disposed of an aggregate of 64,757,777 shares of PT WMI on March 30, 2026, at a price of IDR 54 per share, raising approximately IDR 3.5 billion (approximately S$265,000).

NewTimeSpace News: On April 2, 2026, Wilton Resources announced that, pursuant to the share sale and call option agreement entered into with the arrangers, its wholly-owned subsidiary WRH further disposed of a total of 64,757,777 shares of PT WMI on March 30, 2026, through a series of off-market transactions (married deals), at a price of IDR 54 per share, representing approximately 0.42% of PT WMI's issued and paid-up share capital, for a total consideration of IDR 3.5 billion (approximately S$265,000).

According to the announcement, WRH had previously disposed of 200 million shares of PT WMI at IDR 40 per share from February 9 to 12, 2026. The two disposals together generated IDR 11.5 billion (approximately S$871,000) in funds for Wilton Resources, reaching the target fundraising amount of IDR 10.0 billion as stipulated in the agreement. Accordingly, the arrangers and/or their designated nominees are entitled to a call option to subscribe for an aggregate of 50 million shares of PT WMI at a price of IDR 50 per share, exercisable for a period of three months from March 30, 2026.
