RUISEN LIFE SER (01922.HK): Listing Status to Be Cancelled, Delisting from April 9

NewTimeSpace News: The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited issued a notice on April 1, 2026, announcing that the listing status of Ruisen Life Service Co., Limited (01922.HK) will be cancelled with effect from 9:00 a.m. on April 9, 2026.
Trading in the Company’s shares has been suspended since August 28, 2024.
Pursuant to Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules, the Exchange may delist the Company if it fails to resume trading by February 27, 2026.
The Company failed to meet the resumption guidance and resume trading within the specified period, nor did it demonstrate that it is suitable for listing.
On March 20, 2026, the Listing Committee decided to cancel the listing status of the Company’s shares on the Stock Exchange.
