King Wan Corporation Wins S$57.6 Million Worth of New M&E Contracts
NewTimespace News: March 31, 2026,Singapore-based integrated building services company King Wan Corporation announced that it had successfully secured two new M&E engineering contracts worth a total of approximately S$57.6 million in the first quarter of 2026.
According to the announcement, the two contracts are: plumbing and sanitary services for the proposed redevelopment of Alexandra Hospital,Inpatient Block at Alexandra Road; and air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation installation for the proposed mixed-use development comprising a commercial podium and residential flats (totaling 588 residential units) at Tampines Street 94.
Under the terms of the contracts, the projects are scheduled to be completed between 2029 and 2030. King Wan Corporation stated that these contracts are not expected to have any significant impact on the Group's earnings per share or net tangible assets per share for the financial year ending March 31, 2026.
