NTT DC REIT Renews SG1 Service Agreement with Sponsor,Achieving Positive Rental Reversion

NewTimespace News: March 31, 2026,NTT DC REIT Manager Pte. Ltd., as the manager of NTT DC REIT, announced that it has renewed the SG1 master services agreement with its indirect wholly owned subsidiary NTT Global Data Centers SG1 LLP and sponsor NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. The new agreement takes effect on April 1, 2026, with a term of three years.

Under the renewed service order, SG1 LLP will provide certain services to NTT Singapore, including but not limited to infrastructure services, internet bandwidth services, and remote hands and eye services. The minimum contracted capacity is 2.7 MW at a rate of S$474 per kilowatt, subject to a fixed 5% annual escalation over the term of the service order.

The announcement noted that NTT Singapore is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of NTT Limited, the sponsor of NTT DC REIT, and is therefore considered an interested person. As such, this transaction constitutes an interested person transaction.
