AF Global’s Privatisation Scheme Approved by the Court,Delisting Expected on 24 April
NewTimeSpace News: On 27 March 2026, AF Global announced via a notice that its privatisation scheme of arrangement has been approved by the court. According to the announcement, the scheme will take formal effect and become binding upon the satisfaction of all conditions and the lodging of the court order with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA).
In accordance with the indicative timetable, AF Global’s shares are expected to trade for the last time on 1 April, be suspended from trading at 9:00 a.m. on 2 April, with the scheme’s expected effective date on 14 April, the consideration under the scheme to be paid on 23 April, and the delisting to be completed on 24 April.
