Penguin International Establishes New Subsidiary in Indonesia with Initial Share Capital of IDR 10.07505 Billion

NewTimeSpace News: On March 26, 2026, the board of directors of Penguin International issued an announcement, disclosing that the group had completed the establishment of its new subsidiary PT Maju Batam Shipyard in Indonesia on March 25 through its wholly-owned subsidiaries PSI and PKS.

According to the announcement, the new subsidiary has an initial share capital of IDR 10.07505 billion, consisting of 1,317 ordinary shares. In terms of the shareholding structure, PSI holds a 0.60% stake and PKS a 99.4% stake, representing a combined 100% holding by the group. Its core businesses include shipbuilding, ship repair and operation, as well as investment holding.

Penguin International stated that the capital for the establishment of the new subsidiary is sourced from the group's internal resources, and the establishment is not expected to have any material impact on the group's earnings per share and net tangible assets per share for the financial year ending December 31, 2026.
