Dezign Format Announces Establishment of New Subsidiary in Thailand with an Initial Registered Capital of THB 10 Million

NewTimeSpace News: On March 26, 2026, the board of directors of Dezign Format Group issued an announcement disclosing that the group had completed the establishment of its new subsidiary DF TH in Thailand on March 20. The subsidiary has an initial issued and paid-up capital of THB 10 million, divided into 100,000 ordinary shares.

Pursuant to the announcement, the capital for the establishment of the subsidiary is sourced from Dezign Format's internal resources, and it is not expected to have any material impact on the group's earnings per share and net tangible assets per share for the financial year 2026 (ending December 31). It is learnt that the core business of DF TH is exhibition stand contracting and organisation, which is aligned with the core business layout of Dezign Format Group as a design and construction service provider.
