NewTimeSpace News,On March 25, Singapore-incorporated TT International announced that its application for voluntary delisting has been approved without objection by the Singapore Exchange (SGX), with the delisting to take formal effect at 9:00 a.m. on April 2, 2026.

NewTimeSpace News: On March 25, 2026, TT International released an announcement disclosing the approval progress of its voluntary delisting application. It is learned that TT International had submitted the delisting application to SGX on March 5, the core reason being that the liquidators, after assessment, deemed the company insolvent with liabilities significantly exceeding assets, and unable to make any distributions to shareholders or offer an exit offer to them.

The announcement stated that SGX notified TT International on March 25 that it had no objection to the company’s voluntary delisting application, subject to the company submitting the relevant written confirmation and disclosing the delisting details in a timely manner. On the same day, the liquidators submitted the required written confirmation to SGX, meeting the approval criteria. SGX also indicated that as TT International is to be wound up with no returns available, there is no requirement to make an exit offer to shareholders, and this act is in compliance with Listing Rule 1309.

According to the announcement, TT International’s delisting will take formal effect at 9:00 a.m. on April 2.
